I am happy to learn of a job opening at Active Hearing Center for an audiologist. Active
Hearing Center has been one of the most well-known hearing centers in the Philippines
and I am excited of the opportunity to work for the center.
I am currently working with the Bohol Hearing Clinic, one of the income generating
projects of IDEA (International Deaf Education Association) as an audiologist. The Clinic
acts as a private clinic, in which I provide audiological services, from diagnostic testing
and hearing aid dispensing. As the clinic also has its own ear mold lab and calibration
services, I am knowledgeable and quite familiar with basic calibration of equipment and
ear mold making which may be useful in simple trouble shooting. We also implement
outreach programs for hearing health funded by CBM (Christian Blind Mission). My
adaptability and communication skills have been one of my greatest assets, since I was
able to provide quality service and dispense hearing aids to patients of different
cultures and language.
