tasting traditional Indonesian beef black soup.
Originally

Surabaya

Indonesian province of East Java. It uses black
nuts/keluak
(Pangeum edule, fruits of
kepayang tree) as the main spice which gives
the strong nutty flavor and dark color to the
soup.
