Semester Project (Weightage 10 percent)

Select an organization of your choice and study its business model to evaluate its value chain.
(1) Identify at least one Business Process within the Value Chain/ Business Model of the
organization for which you would suggest replacement from current business process to
be redesigned to incorporate internet/web 2.0 technologies.
(2) Explain how your recommended change would improve the Business Process and what
impact it shall have on the organization?
How to submit: Present your work (Project Report) in printed form by meticulously following
the mentioned deadline.
*Maximum members in a group shall not exceed five (6), participation and contribution of each
member is compulsory and may be evaluated in viva voce.
