NOTICE TO 2015 GRADUANDS

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
This is to remind all the students who will be graduating on 26thJune 2015 that the
process will be carried out in accordance with the Graduation Policy which is already
uploaded on the Strathmore Website(Students Affairs).All the potential graduands should
therefore:
1. Confirm their Universityrecords and clear all fees balanceswith effect from Thursday
9th April 2015 to Friday 29thMay 2015; failure to which no appeals will be accepted.
2. Apply for graduation onlineby completing the Graduation Application form in the
Students Academic Moduleand pay the appropriate convocation fee indicated on
the form. Applications should be done after the confirmation of records and
payment of fees balances with effect from Thursday 9thApril 2015. The deadline will
be Friday 29thMay 2015.
3. Strictly observe the dates for confirmation of records and application for
graduation in order to avoid missing the 2015 graduation.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. No appeals will be accepted after the Friday 29th May 2015deadline date.
2. Any application from the previous year is not valid and hence a fresh application must
be submitted for 2015 graduation.
