for Z benefit package are available but the problem is that most
members asking for the benefit cannot pass the selection criteria set
by the Corporation. Most of them have previous confinement on
other hospital (not virgin cases)

Problem is that members complain that 210,000 for ALL is not
enough to cover their expenses. Most of them have still have high
amount of co-pay

problems according to CARES.

According to reports there are members who already avail the
benefits, there is an assigned Z benefit coordinator in the hospital
to assist the members in availing.
