What are the teachers measurable goals, as directly related to Domain 3?

Note: Goals can be individual or developed in conjunction with departments, grade
levels, and or Professional Learning Communities.
Professional Goal(s):
During the 2015-2016 school year participate and be involved with a variety of trainings,
seminars, conferences, and committees in order to enhance leadership and professional
relationships amongst colleagues and students.

Strategies:
Attend the U.P. Special Ed Conference and U.P. MACUL conferences to enhance
technology skills for use within the classroom. Participate as an active member of the
school crisis committee. Attend ISD sponsored workshops as they are offered. Training
of building staff on the use of online assessments

Activities: What will the teacher specifically do to ensure that students are successful?
Apply and share content of all above trainings and committees with department
colleagues as well as building colleagues in order to increase the knowledge base of staff
at Kingsford High School through individual conversations and group trainings.
