SUBJECT: New software Training Session
The new versions of our Web page software suite will be arriving next week. I would
like you to attend the training session. The session will be held October 24, 2006,
from 8:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza here in Springfield. Lunch will be
provided by the software company.
It is important you attend this session, as you will learn all the new feature that the
new software offers for creating and enhancing your Web pages.
Also, please bring your laptop that contains the current Web software programs, as
the company will load the updates to the new versions of the software that day.
I have enclosed your name tag, which will get you into the session.
