The panels will comprise of Principal Secretaries/Secretares from States and we will be informing them about this role in advance, 3. _Acitical part ofthe workshop wil be the ‘Action Plan’ presentation by the States. | am very inferested to understand from each State, their vision for achieving ODF, and SLWVM. ‘This wil include your overall plan and strategy for making the State ODF within the next few years, including, specifically, your plan for 2016-17. You will agree that unless we have actionable plans, wth concrete goals, it will be dificult to achieve Swachh Bharat by 2019. | intend to therefore understand the exact plan you have in mind for the forthcoming year, and the following years and the kind of support we can provide you to achieve the same. 4. A-key component ofthe plan willbe the numberof districts in your State that you are intending to make ODF in 2016-17. For this, you may look at the ‘low hanging fits’ ~ istricts with high coverege and ODF achievement, and the presence of a ‘champion’ Collector oF CED, ZP, and focus on those districts.
