You are a rural doctor working in a small hospital. Your
next patient is Miss Veronica who is 13 years old, lives
with her parents on a farm. She has been feeling tired and
lethargic for the past 4 to 5 days. She missed school
today as she had abdominal pain.
Mother is concerned.

Failure to manage the patient appropriately
Failure to admit the patient to HDU/ICU
