Be respectful
No horseplay
Raise your hand and wait for a teacher to call on you.
No eating without asking first.

Consequences
First Offense: Verbal Warning and change teddy bear
to yellow.
Second Offense: Change teddy bear to red and add
tally mark.
Third Offense: Add another tally mark and send letter
home to parents.
Fourth Offense: Teacher/Parent Conference.

Positive Reinforcement
If a child were to be good in class, good on their work, if
the child does something nice for another student, or
does a good deed they will get a sticker for a good job.

Attention Signaling
We think that counting down from five would be the best
way to get to everyones attention.
When we were kids in elementary our teachers used this
method and it seemed to work. And plus that was the
only method they really used.
