to the extent of 100% as per record has/have died on and has/has no registered
or un-registered will.

R/o .. intends to apply for the transfer of the said property in
his/her/their favour being the legal heirs.
If any person is having objection against the transfer of ibid plot/house, he/she can submit
objections in writing to the Estate Officer, HUDA, .., along with supporting documents
within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise the Estate Officer may sanction
mutation of the property as per HUDA policy and may not entertain subsequent claim if any.

The applicant may come to concerned Estate Office along with complete papers and copy of public
notice after minimum of 30 days of publication of the notice and maximum of 45 days after the date of
publication of notice.
