-CSMS Jr. Optimist Club
Carl Stuart Middle School's Jr. Optimist Club raised more than $1,500 to provide care packages for the homeless and senior citizens of the community. Donations were made to the Faulkner County Council on Aging, which strives to meet social, nutritional, and transportation needs of senior adults. The Bethlehem House was also selected to receive money. They equip, motivate, and encourage homeless individuals to strive for a better quality of life. A special thank you goes to our students and sponsors, Mr. German, Mrs. Thornton, and Ms. Kemp, for their hard work. We would also like to thank our school and community for supporting this project.
