Macbeth Final Project

We are going to be watching the 2015 film adaptation of
Macbeth
in class. During
class, you will have to take notes on what is happening in the film.
Things to consider as you watch the film:
What directorial choices were made that differs from the play?
Whats the effect of the directors decisions on the film?
What does the film omit?
What does the film change from the original text?

Your task:
Write a movie review in which you evaluate how well the adaptation captures
the major ideas and themes of the original play. Be sure to discuss a major idea/theme
of the original play and to use textual evidence for support.
