2. As per reference, submitted herewith is the after activity report regarding to the
conducted simulation exercise by San Teodoro MPS personnel under the leadership of
PINSP DAVY A HEBRON, Chief of Police. and PINSP ARMAN G RUBIO, Deputy COP
for the month of February 2015.
On February 23, 2015 at around 9:00 in the morning, San Teodoro MPS
personnel led by PINSP DAVY A HEBRON, Chief of Police, conducted camp defense plan dry
run in this station for preparedness just in case CNN/local communist terrorist and other threat
groups in our AOR planned to harass or attack in any opportune time, personnel of San Teodoro
MPS well prepared and ready to face and react on any unusual incident happened.
