    Static Web Application:


    Extended existing user interface (Monster UI) to include a number of customisations, most notably:
    An in-browser softphone, incorporating SIP presence for live contact availability.
    A graphing service displaying customers call records in an interactive manner.
    A dynamically generated invoice service. Able to collate all required data for, and format, a 20 page invoice in ~1 second.
    Bash Scripts:
    Created an interactive shell script suite to automate complex customer service tasks, such as provisioning soft phones. Condensed
    a 1 hour process into a 5 minute process.
    ERP:
    Worked on the migration of customisations from one edition of an open source ERP to another.
