INSTAGRAM CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General
1. The Summer at the Dub Instagram Photo Contest is a contest distributed through
the UNCW Summer School and Distance Education Departments. The contest has
no affiliation with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
2. The Instagram Contest will run weekly. Contestants must submit during one of
the following time frames to be eligible.
Week 1: May 29- June 4
Week 2: June 5- June 11
Week 3: June 12- June 18
Week 4: June 19- June 25
Week 5: June 26- July 2
Week 6: July 3- July 9
Week 7: July 10- July 16
Competition Entrants
3. All contestants must be registered students at UNCW at the time of entry.
Competition Entries
4. In order to submit for entry, contestants must follow Summer at the Dubs
Instagram account,
uncwsummer.
5. Photos that students submit must have the following information in the caption
area: @uncwsummer, and describe your reason for attending summer sessions.
6. Photos that are tagged with the Summer at the Dub handle @uncwsummer will
be reposted to the Summer at the Dub Instagram account the official contest
platform using the RepostApp or a screenshot and reposted to the Summer at the
Dub Instagram account.
7. Pictures can include, but are not limited to, images from study abroad, beach
days, class internships, DIS, student research, sports, or other fun summer
experiences.
8. By submitting an entry in any form, entrant represents and warrants that he/she
owns or has secured the copyrights and privacy rights to any and all artistic works
contained in his/her entry.

to the Summer School and Distance Education Department at UNCW.
9. Photos must be taken within the 2016 Summer Session.

10. Entries for each week must be made by that Saturday at 11:59 pm EST.
INSTAGRAM CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
11. The winners and recipients of each prize will be determined weekly by the
Summer School and Distance Education Department. Winners will receive a
Summer at the Dub Tank Top.
12. Odds of winning will be determined by the amount of entries.
13. No contestant can win more than one prize. If a contestant wins one week, they
cannot win again.
14. Winners will be notified at the beginning of the following week after entries have
closed. All determinations are final.
15. Winners may pick up their prize at Friday Hall 1002 once their name is
announced. UNCW ID is required. A winner must take possession of the prize by July
21, 2016, 5:00 pm EST or the prize will be forfeited.
Governing Law
19. Any content that violates the UNCW Student Code of Conduct, North Carolina
State law, or
US Federal law will be automatically disqualified.
Intellectual Property Rights and Data Protection
20. By submitting their photos, contestants agree to give the Summer School and
Distance Education Departments at UNCW the irrevocable right and permission to
copyright and that their images can be used in any type of publication for its
research, educational and promotional purposes.
Agreement
21. By submitting entry to the contest, contestants agree to terms and conditions
listed above.
