Enclosed you will find most of the requested documents/information about Spencer
Station. We did not have all of the documents/information you had asked for, for we
have not closed on the property and we do not have the historical information of the
property yet.
Enclosed are items: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 16, 17, 20, and 22.
We have been able to contact the month-to-month Tenants and they are all excited
and fully intend to renew. The anchor Food Lion has also agreed to extend their term
upon closing.
