INTRODUCTION

Adding Text and Inserting Slides

Go to Home tab -> New Slide

If u click on the arrow under the new
slide picture, u can choose the layout.

Insert an Image
Go to Insert Tab -> Picture ->choose a
picture from your PC -> click insert.
Example below shown before and after
cropping.

Formatting a slide

To apply the formatting from a template in the Windows

version of PowerPoint, click theDesigntab.

ANIMATION
ANIMATION used to make our slide more
attractive to the audience.
Animations tab -> choose which animation that
you like to use.

CUSTOM ANIMATION

Go to animations tab -> click on custom animation -> add

effect -> choose entrance/emphasis/exit as your effect.
Selected effect will appear in the slide as numbered. You
also can rearrange the effect that will come first, second,
third.and last.
