Conducted primary and secondary research to facilitate the strategic planning of a public relations campaign.

Designed and conducted surveys using Qualtrics software to assess public knowledge, attitudes and behaviors
regarding The ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter.
Analyzed survey results and identified public (1) awareness of the organizational programs, (2) perception of the
organization, (3) target audience information and (4) behaviors regarding the organization. Utilized results to
formulate a yearlong public relations campaign and social media content calendar for the organization.
Designed & analyzed guest surveys conducted during an organizational event to examine attendee perceptions.

Utilized Excel and InDesign software to display event evaluation results (i.e.; attendance levels, revenue totals).
