Thereafter, all eligible candidates will be arranged in the order of merit according to marks secured in GATE exam. Out of eligible candidates, only five times the number of vacancies will be called for personal interview, according to merit SELECTION PROCESS The selection for direct recruitment to these posts will be based on the valid GATE marks out of 100 and personal interview carrying 25 marks respectively. A candidate has to secure minimum qualifying marks of 40% in interview. IMPORTANT INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS, (i) Candidates will be required to produce Original valid GATE Score card for verification at the time of Interview. (i) Candidates should possess the prescribed educational qualifications/age as on the closing date. The prescribed educational qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. x (ii) Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the above posts. (iv) Candidates are required to send their applications in prescribed format incorporated in the advertisement. Form should be filled in English Capital (Block) letters only. The format may be typed on A-4 size paper. () A candidate can apply for more than one post subject to his/hef fulfiling the eligibility conditions. a (vi) Candidates are advised to furnish correct information regarding their age, educational qualification and Caste/Category (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/ Ex-servicemen! J&K resident etc.) in the application form and seif-attested copies of the certificate of age, educational qualifications including valid GATE score card and Caste/Category etc. is required to be attached with the application form. The caste/category certificate should be in a format applicable for Central Government jobs. The formats of the certificates are annexed. Certificates.in any other format will not be accepted.OBC certificate in the creamy layer status should have been obtained within three years before the closing date for receipt of application. . The candidates applying for the selection process should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions. Their admission at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
