Learning Objective :

o Understand the role of a manager in ELGI Group & Key Capabilities that determines his level of effectiveness in the role.
o Sensitize on the transition from the activities & responsibilities of the manager in his previous role to that of the current role.
o Discuss & understand with the help of live ELGI related situations on the importance of the specified capabilities.
