Shaft Alignment - Pipes off


Pump and Motor are free to turn and no abnormal sound.

Piping connection - Suction & discharge flanges


1. Parallelism 0.025mm

2. Gap gasket thickness 1.6mm


3. Offset 1.5 mm
Pipe supports are in place
Correct gasket and bolts size and grade
Torqued per torque table and tightening sequence 30,60,100,100%
Piping strain - maximum movement is 0.05 mm
Shaft Alignment - Pipes on
Tolerance 0.05mm
