Kumang KAKG-A Recovery of Boatlanding and Riserguard

Kumang KAKGA Offshore Visit - Underwater inspection was done as per scope, except following items :
No MPI was performed on both ends horizontal brace (dented brace)
in Row B1-B2 at elevation (-) 52200 as recommended by CTE.
No CVI and MPI on hinge clamps at Leg A3, A4 and Vertical
member (VEM N52-N58) at Row B.
- Boatlanding retrieval was done and no anomalies found except one stair
landing platform.
- No official re-assessment report for KAKG-A jacket after the incident.
It is recommended to re-run all in-service analyses considering asinstalled condition of jacket.

Bumi A 20 Casing Structural Study (CarigaliHess)

- Chan (CarigaliHess) sent structural drawings on 10 June 2010 for our
info.
- Existing slot indicated 20 conductor, CarigaliHess has been requested
to provide conductor calculation check might be done by Perunding
Worley (Carigali Hess structural engineer: Biman).
- We requested info (as per Slim Conductor spreadsheet Paul) to Chan
and he hasnt replied yet.

Drilling Conductor Design Work Sheet (PAFA) In-House

- File of Drilling Conductor Design Work Sheet - Rev Oct 09.xmcd has
been tested, however only one output file was created and the remaining
output files could not be created. Need further verification on this issue
and recheck with introductory guide from PAFA.
QUE$TOR Structural Tonnage Validation DFES study
DFES contact person : M Radzi B M Anua/Zarinah Bt Mohamed
- Some input can not be modified in QUE$TOR.
- So far no conclusion yet. It is noted that there are some discrepancies
between project database and QUE$STOR.
Diamond Conceptual Study DFES study
TP : Jose C Ungson JR
- DFCS to assist development of DBM, CTR and scope of work for ITB
package preparation. Deadline is 10 July 2010.
- DFES focal person : M Radzi B M Anua/ S M Basheer B Sulaiman
Tangga Barat TBCP-A (Module 5,6, LQ and MSF south) lifting issues
TP : Timbul Suryatin
- Module 7 lifting issue can be resolved by separate lifting of helideck
and LQ due to weight and geometry issues.
- MSF south will be lifted by providing foldable deck configuration as
agreed in meeting 11 June 2010. No weight issue.
- Module 5 and 6 can not be lifted due to geometry and weight issues.
OIC requested 300 tonnes weight reduction for module 5.

Yetagun Phase 4 Development SACS model review

- Review MSF padeyes and SACS model (inplace and seismic). No
major findings.
