Learning aim D - Evaluation

One of the user requirements for my spreadsheet was to create 3 different worksheets,
one for ticket holder details, one for summary of information, and one for season ticket
type details. To which I have I successfully created all 3 worksheets for the football club.
Another user requirement was to create a spreadsheet about all the ticket holders using
the following titles in a row: Name, Address/postcode, Price of ticket, phone number,
allocated seating area (north, east, south, west stands), and email address. Using these
titles I created a column for each ticket holder showing all the details e.g. phone numbers,
price of tickets, type of ticket, requested and allocated seating areas and if the application
was successful or not.
Also I chose to create tables in the summary of information page, clearly showing how
many people applied, how many people got a seat, and how many didnt, How to increase
the number of people with season ticket type. I also had to create pie charts, and bar
charts showing the percentage of applicants in each stand, the number of seats in each
stand and number of seats allocated in them stand. Which I successfully created. The
formula I used for adding up the all the amounts was COUNTIF.
My last page which was the season ticket type, for this I had to complete tables
showing the cost for an adult, child and oap ticket, a table showing how much seats there
are in each stand and how much seats are taken, and also a table showing how much a
the cost would be if your below and above the age of 16.
My final spreadsheet design is exactly the same as my initial design.
The ways that I could have further improved my spreadsheet was to use the formulas
more correctly so its quicker to add up amounts.
