Student Notice
Semester-6 Project Final Submission

FINAL SUBMISSION
All the students of semester 6 are hereby informed that the final submissions should be made from April
13, 2015 to April 18, 2015. Ensure the following while/before making the final submission:
1. The project is completed and all the suggestion/feedback provided by the internal guide has been
incorporated
2. Two spiral bounded hard copies of complete project report (prepared in accordance with the provided
index) are prepared. Certificates for each student have been prepared using the provided format and
all information correctly filled and attached in the report.
3. Power point presentation has been prepared and all the suggestion/feedback provided by the internal
guide has been incorporated. The filename should be (<Group No>.ppt/.pptx).
4. A text file with file name (<Group No>. txt) has been prepared that contains the following:
a. Group Number
b. Project Title
c. Enrolment Number (of each member)
d. Full Name (of each member) in <First Name> <Middle Name> <Last Name> format
5. All the above documents (project report, power point presentation, text file) has been review by the
internal guide
6. The internal guide has signed each certificate attached in the reports
7. Both the copies of the project report duly signed by the internal guide should be submitted to Mr.
Dilip Vaghela in LJMCA Library
8. The power point presentation, and the text file (and any other supporting document required during
presentation) should be submitted to Mr. Manish Parmar in LJMCA Server Room
9. All the above formalities are completed by, Saturday April 18, 2015. The late submission will
apply from 21st April, 2015

Late Submission Rules: In case of a late submission, each student in the group would need to pay
Rs. 100 per day of late submission to Mr. Shailesh Joshi in admin office and get a receipt for the
same.
