BACKGROUND
The 19th RMYC: Regional Academic League is an annual event of the
National Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA) Region XI
Council, which exists to complement the academic curriculum. It aims to
uphold academic excellence through creative and exciting competitions.
Best representatives from each Local Chapters are gathered to showcase
their wits and abilities to solve different problems that are based on CPA
board subjects. This is in line with the accomplishment of a component of
the 5-point goal of the Federation, which is to promote academic excellence.

To allow students to test their knowledge against one another in a friendly, fun
and competitive atmosphere

To help the participants discover their strengths and be aware of their

weaknesses in different board-related subjects through different academic
competitions.

To promote camaraderie and sportsmanship among the participants from the

different regions.

To increase the involvement and participation of regional council and local

chapters in RFJPIA activities.
