 Fresh graduate or jobless
 Be able to communicate in English and
second language as Chinese (preferable)
 A master preferable
 Agree to be bonded for 03 years upon
completion of training
 Wiling to attend training in China/ Malaysia for
the first 03 or 06 months

QUALIFICATION

 Degree in:
 Electronics/ Mechanical/ Technology
 Economics
 Business Administration

Implementation
 The program will be lasted 24 months
 Probation period: 6 months. Extend more 3 months if


not meet requirement if needed

Complete the training period


 After 2 years of the training program, the trainee will


follow the yearly performance review of any other new


IL (Indirect Labour) employee.
The increment percentage and bonus are subject to the
approval Increment Matrix for that year.

Termination
 The trainee will be subject to a 6 months notice period




or salary in lieu of notice.


After 24 working months, the trainees notice period
shall be 2 months.
Company is entitled to terminate this bond in advance if
the trainee does not meet company demand.
If the trainee terminates this bond in advance or he/she
is dismissed for violating company regulation, he/she has
to compensate total training fee.
