ASSIGNMENT:During decontamination procedure I was involved with the following loops:1. crude column overhead system 2. vacuum column overhead system
2. flash drum vapor line 4. LP flare
For the remaining period I was with fired heaters ( F01/F02/F51) looking after the
following jobs:1. New process coils ( 40 no.) in convection section of F01 and F51
2. Burner block replacement in all 3 heaters
3. Air duct modification
4. New impeller installation for induced draft fan
5. Pigging
6. External tube cleaning
7. Windows cutting for inspection
8. Online corrosion monitoring
9. Heat shield for tubes
10. New turbulising steam nozzles on crossover of F02
