HOW TO MAKE A MENDOAN

Step :
1. First, make a seasoning for mendoan which is you will make, the step is mix
the salt, orion, turmeric, and coriander in corresponding which is
recommended until become a batter.
2. Then, mix the batter, water, and wheat flour in corresponding which is
recommended until mixed and then, slice the tempe mendo into 2 parts and
slice thinly the leek.

3. Next, dip the tempe mendo and leek to batter which is you make until mixed.

4. After that, turn on the stove and heat the oil.


5. Finally, fry the tempe mendo until cooked and drain from oil and Mendoan is
ready to serve with chili.
