WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I, MARK P. DIZON, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
Alta Tierra Village, Jaro, Iloilo City, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, herby depose and state:
1. That I the husband of DIANA MAY H. DIZON;
2. That I hereby waive all my rights, interest and participation over
any property that she may acquire by way of inheritance and/or
purchase;
3. That I hereby affirm and confirm that any property that is owned
by her at present or that she may acquire in the future, was
acquired with her own personal and exclusive funds.
