Order Granting Amended Motion for

Authority to Assume Contract with Yuriorkis Gamboa
This matter having come before the Court for a hearing on January 7, 2016, and
the Court having considered debtor SMS Promotions, LLCs (the Debtor) Amended
Motion for Authority to Assume Contract with Yuriorkis Gamboa (the Motion), the relief
requested therein, and there appearing due and sufficient notice and cause to grant the
Motion, it is hereby
ORDERED, that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 365, the Debtor is authorized to
assume the Promotional Rights Agreement, dated November 2, 2012, and the
Addendum, dated December 2, 2015, between the Debtor and Yuriorkis Gamboa; and it
is further
ORDERED, that this Court shall retain jurisdiction over any matters related to or
arising from the implementation of this Order; and it is further
ORDERED, that this Order shall take effect and be fully enforceable immediately
upon execution hereof.
