VISION
To develop and support teachers and school leaders as reflective educational practitioners
who work effectively with colleagues, who are actively engaged in the improvement of
instruction and leadership, and who contribute meaningfully to a broader understanding
of teaching and learning

To bridge and blend research and practice by embedding adult learning and
professional growth within a highly effective and innovative K-12 school

To encourage and support teachers and school leaders as they become reflective
practitioners, researchers, and authors within a vibrant culture of innovation and
continuous professional renewal

To become globally recognized as a leader and center for professional learning while
collaborating with key strategic educational partners (public/private schools, international
schools, higher education, and expansive thinkers)
