One Way Farm Children’s Home is a non-profit residential facility

providing care 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. At maximum capacity,
One Way Farm houses 10 boys and 10 girls. Their mission is to stop
the cycle of child abuse and provide a loving environment for children
to grow in mind, spirit and body…to develop an educational system to
further the potential of all children without regard to race, color or
national origin. Please join us in helping to support the work One Way
Farm does.

 A donation of $10 is required to join the walk; larger donations will be

accepted; receipts will be provided upon request
 All proceeds will go directly to One Way Farm
 Registration begins at 3:30 at the Fairfield Middle School parking lot, 1111
Nilles Road, Fairfield, OH
 The walk begins at the middle school, continuing down Nilles Road to One
Way Farm
 Walkers are to remain orderly and stay on sidewalks, crossing intersections
only within the crosswalks and only while signaled by the traffic lights to cross
 Where no sidewalk is available, walkers are to stay within the grassy area off
the main road
 At no time are walkers to walk on Nilles Road
 All traffic and conduct laws of the City of Fairfield are to be followed at all
times
 Walkers are ultimately responsible for their own safety
 One Way Farm and promoters of the walk or any affiliates are not liable for
any injuries incurred during the walk or during the time spent at One Way Farm
after the walk
 Any walker under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or
guardian sign permission below

I have read and accept all the above rules and conditions. I realize I am
ultimately responsible for my own safety at all times preceding, during, and
following the walk. I verify I am 18 years of age or older or if not, my parent
or guardian has signed below.
