Four different coloured bibs

Session:
Warm-Up
1 lap of the court and then the normal futsal warm up
Two lines doing the following out to half way and back from the sideline
o High knees
o Butt kicks
o Open and close the gate
o Kicks
o Sidesteps
Personal stretches
Work-Out
1. positions and court set-up
Diamond or 1, 2, 1
o Point stays up front
o Anchor stays at the back
o Left on the left side of the court at about half way up the court
o Right in line with left but on the right side of the court

Half court or 2 and 2


Anchor and left stay together at the back, about 2-3 metres apart
Point and right stay together at the front at about the width, creating a tight square betw
all four players
Point and right try to cut off all passes down the sides of the court and through the middle
Left and anchor are there in case point and right miss

Use the set ups in a game situation

Corners
Practice corners (1-6)
Put them into a game situation

Cool Down

Light jog from the base line out to half way x 2
