CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR AUTHORITYS ENGINEER FOR SUPERVISION OF
REHABILITATION AND UP-GRADATION OF NH-200 (NEW NH-49) FROM KM
178.944 TO KM 241.553 (BANARI VILLAGE TO MASANIA KALA VILLAGE SECTION)
TO TWO LANE WITH PAVED SHOULDER IN THE STATE OF CHHATTISGARH
UNDER NHDPIV THROUGH ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION
(EPC) BASIS.
As discussed and decided my total emolument inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties etc. shall be
@Rs.1.5 lac /-per month.

I shall appear before employer for interaction / interview as and when required by them on
intimation from the firm.

I do undertake, in case the project is awarded by the client, MORTH,I shall be available for
the entire duration of the assignment indicated above and shall not take any other assignment

of the said employer or any other agency during this period.

Otherwise the client / employer shall be at liberty to debar me from their future projects for the

period as may be decided by them.

I also certifythat I have not given my consent to any other firm relating to this project or any
other project expected to come during the period of aforesaid assignment.
