TARGET USER
Our target user is children, teenagers and adults because we support on life-long
learning. Flashlight Public Library is the organization that provides public information.
All the public information patrons can get from our library. In this library contains
printed and also digital collection that can be accessed by user. The purpose of the
library was established is to provide reading material either for loan or reference to
the locals. The main task is to be able to inculcate a love of reading, tap and nurture
their talents to become a citizen of that interest in reading, creative and productive.
