RE: Catholic Life in Spirit Seminar Schedule

Greetings in the name of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!
We would like your honorable office to consider our request for the
upcoming Catholic Life in Spirit Seminar this Saturday and Sunday, June 45.
Due to planned/unplanned circumstances, most of the JMJMS teaching and
non-teaching staff will not be able to attend the CLSS on June 5, Sunday.
The conditions are as follows:

some of the JMJMS teaching staff are committed to other religions;

the said date will be a busy day because some of the JMJMS staff
consider Sunday as their family day, especially parents; and
other personal matters.

With all due respect, most of the teachers would like to request that the
said seminar would be pushed as a one-day event (June 4, Saturday). The
staff agreed to extend beyond their working time during that day to give
way to the CLSS.
We are hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter.
