DEED OF UNDERTAKING

I, ____________________________________ of legal age, Filipino, being the

broker/agent of Mr./Ms. _______________________________________, who is a buyer
of a property in _______________________________, more particularly referred to as
__________________________________(Unit, Block No., etc.), do hereby freely and
voluntarily undertake/bind myself to submit to Avida Land Corp. and/or HDMF for and
in behalf of the buyer the documents specified below on _______________________.

I fully understand that said documents are necessary for the credit investigation,
booking and/or take-out of the abovementioned account. Furthermore, I am also aware
that my right to receive incentives and commissions is dependent on the timely
submission of said documents within the period referred to above, and subject to the
provision of Section 9 of the Reservation and Downpayment Agreement. I also accept
that my failure to submit the necessary documents on the commitment date will result to
the forfeiture of 50% of my commission with said forfeiture capped at 2% points of my
commission rate.
