King Henry 1
crowned
He was king from 1100 until his death in
December 1st 1135.
he was the fourth son of William the conquer and
studied in Latin and the liberal arts.

King John crowned


King john was crowned kind after his brother
Richard had passed away.
Was king from April 6th 1199 until his death on
October 19, 1216.

PAPAL BULLS PUBLISHED ABOUT MAGNA CARTA AND


BARONS

A series of bulletins posted by the church that


disapproved the Magna Carta
Orders were made for it to be read twice a year in
country courts from 1265, and twice yearly in cathedrals
from 1297.

The English Civil War (16421651) was a series of armed


conflicts and political disputes between Parliamentarians and
Royalists which ended in victory for the Parliamentarians, the
dissolution of the monarchy and the execution of King Charles I.
Charles I ruled as an 'absolute monarch' which meant he could do
anything he wanted without any constraint by law or parliament

James issues his second declaration of indulgence for


England on May 4th, 1688
James II was King of England and Ireland James II and King
of Scotland as James VII, from 6 February 1685 until he was
deposed in the Glorious Revolution of 1688
