    DECISION

    Residents of Hinkley filed a class action against PG&E, known as Anderson, et


    al. v. Pacific Gas and Electric in the Superior Ct. for County of San Bernardino. The
    judges decided against the defendant and ordered PG&E to compensate all the named
    plaintiffs in the amount of $333 million. The court also require PG&E to clean up the
    environment and to stop using chromium 6.
