ARIAT INTERNATIONAL IS THE OFFICIAL SPONSOR FOR ACA
TO INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE AMERICAN CHARRO ASOCIATION AND ITS
SPONSORSHIP WITH ARIAT.
UNION CITY- Ariat is celebrating our multi-cultural country by sponsoring a Mexican sport.
As of last month, Ariat became the official sponsor of ACA. The American Charro
Association, founded in 2002, serves to secure charreria in the United States.
Charreria is the official sport of Mexico that is also very well known in the United States.
It enriches the Mexican culture with its equestrian competitions including horse riding, roping,
and cattle handling.
Charreria shares many similarities Professional Bull Riding. Ariat became the official
boot for PBR in 2009 and is sponsoring many of their bull riders today. ACA rider Luis
Martinez says, I have owned Ariat boots for a while now. It is very cool that a boot company
that sponsors American bull riders are now sponsoring Mexican cowboys as well.
Ariat is celebrating the diversity of this country by sponsoring a Mexican sport that will
make a great use of their equestrian gear made for hardcore riding.
