When asking folks about

what kind of year theyd
like to have in the future
they come up with a general good one or happy one.
So, when asking why they
dont choose more descriptive words, they state they
dont feel its realistic. At
the end of the day they
dont believe it will occur.
We say make it occur! After we told them that we
wanted them to have a supreme 2016 they smirked.
Then we asked them to say
it out loud themselves.

preme 2016! They began

to think its possible...why
not. The challenge has
been set then...to everyone
reading this write down
that youre going to have a
SUPREME 2016. Well reconnect by the end of the
year to see if this attitude
made a difference in your

DRINK OF THE NEW YEAR:

MOCKTAIL MADNESS
SUNSHINE MOCKTAIL
1 Tablespoon St. Cruz Organic Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Perrier Water
1/2 cup Ginger Ale
Optional: add berries or mint if you desire.
Mix all together, Pour over ice and Enjoy!
