To whom it may concern,

I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Jessica Huskisson. I am a parent volunteer at
North Wayne Elementary School. Ms. Huskisson is my daughter Adysen Jelks Kindergarten teacher. Ms.
Huskisson has done a great job teaching this school year. She has shown great skill and care when
dealing with her class. I was concerned about my daughters needs and things she needed to work on to
be prepared for 1st grade and Ms. Huskisson gladly met with me after school to go over some tools to
use to help Adysen excel and feel more confident. I have enjoyed working with Ms. Huskisson as a
parent and volunteer. I am sad to see her leave North Wayne but happy to share my knowledge of her
work ethic with her current class. During my interaction with Ms. Huskisson, she was very intentional
with making sure she gave her all in working with each child to ensure that they have the tools needed
to work on their individual needs in her class.
Ms. Huskisson came in halfway through the year, after the teacher they had went on maternity leave
early. Ms. Huskisson reached out to each parent and introduced herself to each of us. This made me so
happy and comfortable with the transition.
She is a very kind and caring teacher, she has helped give Adysen confidence in her abilities. Ms.
Huskisson always answered my questions quickly and replied with grace and assurance. I would be
happy to have Ms. Huskisson teach my child again. I hope she continues to educate our children and I
would encourage any administration to employ her as a teacher in their district.
