You must visit the fair on 2 separate fair days and collect 2 customised stamps from the Buying Mission Service Counter in order to qualify for the
reimbursement. Collection of only 1 stamp will result in invalidation of the reimbursement.
You MUST present original copies of 1) passport, 2) landing slip 3) airline boarding pass from origin 4) Flight Ticket Official Receipt and 5)
business card upon the collection of reimbursement. The landing slip and airline boarding pass must be dated within 1 month prior the fair period.
HKTDC reserves the right to REJECT any reimbursement request if you cannot present all the requested documents.
Your particular (including but not limited to your name & company name) shown on your passport, landing slip, airline boarding pass & business
card presented must be identical. HKTDC reserves the right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies
on the aforesaid documents.
HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of any dispute
over the programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.

Eligibility
Your company and you MUST be a NEW TRADE COMPANY and OVERSEAS BUYER related to the Fashion Industry and you have to visit the Hong
Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer in order to be eligible for the Travel Reimbursement Programme.

Only buyers from overseas (excluding China / Macau) entering Hong Kong with a valid passport issued by overseas authorities and landing slip issued by the
Hong Kong Immigration Department dated within 1 month prior the fair period are eligible.
3)
Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer in order to be eligible for the Travel Reimbursement
4)
If you have applied for any other buyer incentive programmes of Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer, this application will not be processed.
5)
Each company and buyer is entitled to ONLY ONE OFFER OF INCENTIVE PROGRAM during the period. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served
basis.
6)
Application does not automatically entail the provision of sponsorship programmes. These programmes will be awarded at the total discretion of the organisers.
Applications without business card copy will not be processed.
7)
Your travel reimbursement application is not successful if you do not hear or receive the Acknowledge Letter from HKTDC before the application deadline.
8)
Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer is a trade fair for trade visitors only. Visitor aged under 18 will not be admitted.
