School Dance

1. Thank you for approving the school dance. The cafeteria has been booked for
April 20th, 2016. Outlined below are the supervision arrangements to ensure we
have a safe school dance
2. We will publicize the event through posters and announcements. We plan a cap of
350 students at the dance. The following steps have been completed:
Dance tickets have been printed.
A DJ has also been booked for the evening.
3. We have been considering the issue of allowing outside guests to attend the dance.
The SAC finally decided that we would not allow non Marc Garneau students to
attend the dance. We figured it was just one more factor that could go wrong and
we want to make sure this dance runs smoothly. We have made excellent progress
organizing the dance. Thank you once again for giving this event your approval.
