Invoice Confirmation

This confirmation clearly presents the terms set forth by Interval International & PBE Travel
Group collection of membership dues, cancellation of membership and refund policies.
_____ _____ Interval International will provide members with a club receipt for each
membership payment collected, presenting how much the member is paying, how much points
they will then receive and how that money is processed. Interval International is a voluntary
program and may be canceled at anytime without penalty.
_____ _____ The total cost of a 10 year Interval International Gold Travel Club
Membership is 15,000$ with a total minimum payment of 125$ a month. Interval
International will collect a 15,000$ Invoice that the member is to pay with the
Interval International Credit Card, provided by the club. This will allow members to
make monthly payments directly to the club through credit card. When this invoice is
confirmed paid, members will receive their first monthly payment of 83$ on their credit card in
45 days along with their free travel, points and member benefits. Members will never be
billed more than 125$ a month by Interval or its partners. Invoice payment connection must be
done in 15 days of sign-up or member payments cannot be billed.
_____ _____ To receive free travel, club points, member discounts and to keep your
membership active, members are only required to make the minimum monthly
payment on their account. Memberships are good for 10 years and members may pay for

years in advance to receive free travel early. If members fail to make the minimum payment on
their account or decide to cancel their travel club membership, they will forfeit all free travel
provided by the club and then be refunded for whatever points remain in their account at the
time of cancellation.
_____ _____ If a member decides to cancel their account, their invoice will be cleared and will
have the opportunity to rejoin in the future. To reactivate a canceled or inactive account, the
member must pay a 200$ activation fee to the club.
