This Agreement is entered into by and between CATHERINE
D. ASIS and ERVIN ROY D. ASIS, both of legal age, Filipinos and with address at Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City hereinafter referred to as Principals and CYNTHIA S. LEDESMA, of legal age, married, Filipino and with address at Caloocan City, hereinafter referred to as the Agent agree on the following: 1. The Principals have authorized the Agent to act as negotiator for and on their behalf, the sale of their properties (Lots 1-B and 1-C) with Transfer Certificate of Title No. 279321 with an aggregate area of seventy square meters, more or less; 2. That the Principals have recognized and acknowledged the Agents buyer, Ms. Corazon T. Abuan; 3. That the aggregate amount of the sale will be One Million Five Hundred Thousand (the Purchase Price) for the two (2) parcels of land; 4. That the Principals have agreed to provide the fee to the Agent in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the purchase price; 5. To eradicate any doubts, whenever the buyer releases any amount to the Principal, the Agent shall get 5% of the said amount; 6. This agreement shall bound the parties, their heirs, assigns or successor-in-interests. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed agreement this 2nd day of June 2016 at Caloocan City.
