Dear Hiring Manager, I was extremely excited to see your veterinary assistant position open! I am a recent December 2015 grad from Northwest Missouri State University, Go Bearcats! I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and fell in love with it. During my time at NWMSU I completed my internship with the St. Joseph Mustangs Baseball Organization. For that summer I was the Promotions intern which my duties consisted of conducting on field promotions during the home games, writing the game day scripts, and organizing pre-game ceremonies such as: national anthem singers, special occasions, baseball buddies, and normal day to day baseball functions. I learned many different skills through my internship and also through the classes I took. I displayed leadership positions when I was the leader of a student team who helped promote the campus wellness center, promotions intern with St. Joseph Mustangs, and took on the leader roll when working on a social media plan for a dentist office located in Marvyille, MO. Through my skills I have learned over the years, I believe I would be a good candidate for your receptionist position. I am really looking forward to hearing from you and if you have any questions, fell free to contact me at 660.483.0242 or at sfuson@hotmail.com. Hope to hear from you soon!
