The Story
The story of Like A Prayer is about a
women who witnesses a murder of a
women getting murdered then a black
man getting framed. She then runs to
the church and after having a dream
she goes to the police station to get
them to release the black man.

Race is one of the major themes as we have a black
man being framed and falsely imprisoned by white
police
We have a all black chore in the church
She is also shown to be
having a relation ship with
one of the black saints
Also in the video are burning
crosses that are related to the KKK

She is being controversial with the
lyrics by having them in such a way
that could be seen as sexual are just
her talking about religion such as.

With the lyrics she can say that if people
find them offensive she can easily say
that oh no Im talking about god why are
you thinking about sex
The video also ends as a stage
play so she may also say that
is all a play so you cant take any
of it for real
