Work on coming up with creative service project ideas or use the ones provided, and implement this service project to benefit the hospitals you found in step 2. 4. Document new ideas for service project to be considered for awards and recognition. 5. Write articles for our monthly newsletter and submit them to your local city newspapers/magazines for the chance to get published! 6. Keep serving, but make sure to document everything and take pictures! Documentation: A. When documenting the amount of service, provide the following information: a. Name of place b. Contact information of someone from name of place (emails are okay too) c. Amount of people that attended and their names d. How many hours each person worked e. Volunteer confirmation document signed by coordinator at hospital.
